Mr. Brink is also a commercial real estate broker, developer and small business owner.
Mr. Brink has lobbied on issues including comprehensive plans, park impact fees, treatment plant connection charges, permitting regulations, storm water runoff requirements, open space calculation and numerous similar issues.
Mr. Brink is on the development team for a 3.8 acre in-fill redevelopment site on Madison's isthmus. The project, known as Archipelago Village, is scheduled to deliver 300,000 sq. ft of office space to the madison market by 2022.
